A “new thing”! I was reading a blog the other day and they were talking about how the church continually uses old traditional ways of reaching people and the statictisc show that they are not working. It has been my observation that many churches have older congregations and really struggle at attracting younger people. It may not be pleasing to the older members of our churches but if we are going to reach younger families, youth and children we are going to have to realize that God is doing a new thing.
It is the same message but different methods. I believe there is a way to blend the old with the new together for such a time as this. God is wanting to raise up a new generation and blend it with the older generation to show the world the Kingdom of God.
God is doing a new thing!
